La Nostra Storia
Siamo due fratelli gemelli, cresciuti in Sicilia nel cuore di una casa che profumava sempre di pane appena sfornato e caffè sul fuoco. Per noi, la cucina non era solo cibo, ma il racconto della nostra famiglia, fatto di aromi semplici e di quell'amore per il vino buono condiviso a tavola.
Aroma 7 nasce dal desiderio di portare quel calore oltre il mare. Abbiamo scelto Malta per creare un ponte tra le nostre radici e questo orizzonte blu, trasformando il rito lento del Mediterraneo in un incontro quotidiano.
Con l'aiuto delle nostre adorabili mogli, che hanno creduto sin dall'inizio in questo sogno, abbiamo dato vita a un luogo fatto di accoglienza e condivisione. Qui le fragranze della terra nostra incontrano l'eleganza di calici selezionati, perché "ogni sorso vi faccia sentire a casa"
Our Story
We are twin brothers, born and raised in Sicily in a home filled with the scent of fresh bread and espresso on the stove. For us, cooking was never just about food; it was our family story, told through simple aromas and a shared love for fine wine at the table. Aroma 7 was born from the desire to carry that warmth across the sea. We chose Malta to build a bridge between our heritage and this blue horizon, turning the slow Mediterranean rhythm into a daily encounter. Together with our incredible wives, who believed in this dream from the very beginning, we have created a place of welcome and sharing. Here, the fragrances of our homeland meet the elegance of selected glasses, ensuring that "every sip makes you feel right at home." For us, being here means honoring the past while celebrating new beginnings with every guest we welcome through our door.
